NPC Women’s Life Group is Looking for Donations So We Can Purchase Books

The NPC Women's Life Group is collecting donations to buy books for two Boston schools
Rafael Hernandez Elementary School in Roxbury
English High School in Jamaica Plain

The elementary school sent all of their books home with the students back when COVID first closed the school’s doors, since “the books would be more useful for learning at home”... The high school is looking for dual language books for its large Spanish speaking and Haitian Creole population, and for “books that have characters that look like these kids”. Your kind donations will helps the two school libraries fill their shelves with 50+ brand-new books for this school year.

You can donate by sending a check to our address is 75 Vernon St, Newton, MA or donate online to our "change for change button" on NPC's online giving. We are collecting donations through September 15th

God bless you,
Newton Presbyterian Church Women's Life Group
